In our experience, no single method works in all cases so we have our Plans A, B

Each method involves you downloading a file to making a CD to boot your
server, and then following some instructions.

there's a problem, you get stuck or the method just doesn't work and we'll tell
you the next step.

Getting the right SCSI and RAID drivers to allow our boot CDs to see your
server's hard drives can be tricky but, if you can give us the make and model of
your server and/or SCSI card, we can include the drivers on our boot CD so
there's no need to have a floppy drive to load additional drivers which is
required for all version of Windows server before Windows Server 2008.

Even though we call it "password recovery" we mostly just change the current,
unknown administrator password to one that you choose, but there are
circumstances where you need to know what the current password is.
This is
harder but we do have methods for this too.
We can recover password for the following servers:-
Windows 2000,
SBS 2000,
Windows 2003
SBS 2003,
Windows 2008
SBS2008
We can recover the Active Directory password as well as the local password for
member or stand-alone servers.
We can also recover passwords for normal PCs: Windows 2000, XP, Vista and
WIndows 7 - all versions - but it still costs £99 so, in most cases, you would
just choose to re-install the operating system of a PC you can't log in to.
